The Stratasys 450mc is capable of 3D printing prototypes and end products. Printable materials include production-grade thermoplastics with a variety of properties. Available properties include biocompatibility, sterilizability (autoclavable, EtOH, etc). The Fortus 450mc is capable of supporting two materials at once during printing and uses fusion deposition modeling (FDM) printing to achieve layer thicknesses down to 0.127 mm. The build envelope of the Fortus 450mc is 406 x 355 x 406 mm.
