Patent Cost Relief Fund for Junior Faculty
Application Form

Proposals must be submitted at the form below by October 30, 2021 at 11:59pm.

Proposals must include the following in a single PDF document:

A curriculum vitae for each applicant (no more than 3 pages each).
A description of the start-up company, of no more than three pages, which includes: the date (or proposed date) of the company’s incorporation; the company’s founders and leadership team (to the extent known); the research to be commercialized; the potential market need to be addressed, as well as any products or services to be provided by the company.
A copy of the patent application or technology disclosure on file with Rice University’s Office of Technology Transfer whose US filing costs would be assumed by this fund.
