DESCRIPTION

The Beckman Coulter Proteome Lab XL-A analytical ultracentrifuge is used for in-solution characterization of proteins, oligomers, aggregates, particles, colloids, and small structures. Rotational speeds up to 60,000 RPM, depending on the cell used. Sample volume is approximately 200 microliters.
