NMR Software
TopSpin: Bruker's Topspin is free of charge for academia (processing version), and the free academic license can be obtained from the Bruker website (login is required). To install, please see the instructions in our March 2023 newsletter. |

Dynamic Center: Bruker's Dynamics Center is designed to analyze relaxation (T1/T2), diffusion (DOSY), kinetics, cross-polarization, and REDOR experiments. NMR data can be a series of 1D, pseudo-2D, series of 2D, or pseudo-3D spectra. The Dynamics Center can automatically load involved pulse program parameters and do curve fittings. Tutorials for protein dynamics, general dynamics, kinetics and time domain dynamics are available. They all contain sample spectra and a pdf that describes the various exercises. |

Mnova: Mnova NMR is a commercial class NMR software suite developed by Mestrelab Research. It is designed for analytical and organic chemists. While TopSpin or IconNMR are providing data acquisition, the Mnova can be used to process, analyze, and report the 1D or 2D NMR data. |
Rice University holds an unlimited site license for Mnova. Rice users, please contact Abby Vacek at (713) 348-5402 or akv1@rice.edu in the Department of Chemistry for access.
