DESCRIPTION
The Li-Cor Odyssey Fc imaging system can be used for a variety of applications including fluorescence and chemiluminescence Western Blots, nucleic acid gels, protein gels, and fluorescence and chemiluminescence protein arrays. For imaging, it has four channels at 600 nm (for DNA gels), 700 nm (for protein gels), 800 nm (for Western blots), and chemiluminescence. This system has 6 logs of linear dynamic range. The software used for data quantification is Image Studio (a free version Imagine Studio Lite is also available).
