DESCRIPTION
The Beckman LS 6500 Scintillation System is a bench top liquid scintillation counter designed to provide highly accurate, automated counting of the level of radioactivity in radioactively-tagged samples. The LS 6500 features a Motorola 68000 Series microprocessor, a Digital Signal Processor and a 32,768 channel Multichannel Analyzer. The system is controled by Beckman's Hot Graph software which can easily be used to create methods to detect 3H, 125I, 14C, 35S, and 32P. (Custom method creation available)
