The TECAN Infinite M1000 Pro is a computer controlled 6 to 1536 well plate reader capable of detecting absorbance (230- 1000 nm), fluorescence (Excitation 230-850nm; Emission 280-850nm), fluorescence polarization (Excitation (LED): 470, 530, 590, 635 nm; Emission (Mono): 280-850nm), and luminescence (Glow luminescence: 225 amol/well ATP, Flash luminescence: 12amol/well ATP).  It’s capable of incubating at ambient + 4˚C to 42˚C and shaking linearly, orbitally, double orbitally). The software used (I-control) is capable of kinetic reads and wavelength scans. 

Non-Prime hours are reserved for long runs.  Scheduling short runs is not allowed during the hours of 5pm - 9am.
