DESCRIPTION
The Tecan Spark multimode microplate reader is equipped with several modules including:
- Multi-Color Luminescence (300-750nm)
- Fluorescence (340-900nm), including time-resolved fluorescence, FRET, and fluorescence polarization)
- Absorbance UV/VIS spectroscopy (wavelengths 200 – 1000nm)
- Bright-Field Camera that allows for label-free live cell imaging/cell counting. This module includes an automated Lid-Lifter/Humidity Cassette, which prevents evaporation for long term assays or growth curves (up to 24 hours).
Other specs:
- Capable of reading plates up to 1,536 well plates
- Temperature control between 18˚C and 42˚C
- Linear, orbital and double-orbital shaking
- Spark Control and Magellan software included
