DESCRIPTION

Image Processing PC for two different types of images:

1. Living Image software: to process and analyze images created by IVIS imager.

2. NIS Element Analysis. To process and analyze images generated by Nikon A1 confocal.

Image Processing for Living Image, NIS Element, and NIS Element Deconvolution

This workstation provides software as below:

  1. Two different versions of Living Image software to process images generated from either 32-bit IVIS Kinetic Lumina III (the old IVIS) or 64-bit IVIS Spectrum Imager (the newer IVIS in ARF)
  2. NIS Element: the exact software used in the Nikon A1 Confocal workstation to process and analyze .nd2 images file type.
  3. NIS Element Deconvolution: to process Z-stack image generated by Nikon A1 Confocal workstation for a better resolution (up to ~180 nm lateral resolution from ~220 nm)
