DESCRIPTION

Park AFM NX20 Microscope is capable of Contact, Tapping, NCM (Non-contact AFM), EFM (electrostatic force microscopy), EFM-DC,EFM-Ext, EFM-Ext-DC, MFM (Magnetic force microscopy), FMM, CP-AFM, KPM modes.
It can measure samples with different size up to several inches in diameter.
