DESCRIPTION
This reverse phase, analytical HPLC detects small molecules and, with appropriate calibration, can quantitatively measure their concentration . This instrument has an autosampler (SIL-20ACHT) and a quaternary solvent delivery unit (LC-20AD). This instrument is equipped with UV-Vis detector (SPD-M20A) and refractive index detector (RID-20A). An evaporative light scattering detector is also available. A C18 (5 µM, 50 x 3 mm) column is available to use. Please note that this HPLC cannot be used to purify compounds or determine their molecular weight.
