DESCRIPTION

The IR-VASE Mark ii ellipsometer combines spectroscopic ellipsometry and FTIR over a spectral range of 1.7-33 microns. Ellipsometry data from the instrument can be used to determine the dielectric function and optical constants of a measured material, for either bulk or thin-film samples.
