DESCRIPTION
The bundled solar simulator-EQE system consists of a Class ABB Solar Simulator with AM 1.5G filter and 4x4in lamp area, a Keithley 2400 Multimeter, and a plug-and-play system for measurement of external quantum efficiency. This suite of instruments is built for the characterization of optoelectronic materials and devices such as photovoltaics, LEDs, and various transport measurements.
The device usage is bundled and users are encouraged to use instrument time efficiently. Please contact any of the super users (Isaac Metcalf iwm2@rice.edu or Siraj Sidhik ss191@rice.edu) for training and scheduling. After being trained, users can make instrument reservations on the FOM system.
