DESCRIPTION
Please visit the following website for more information: The Bruker AVANCE III HD 500 MHz NMR spectrometer equipped with a room-temperature BBFO (broadband fluorine-optimized observe) probe is used for structural and dynamic characterization of compounds in solution, covering a wide range of NMR-active nuclei, including ³¹P, ¹³C, ²⁹Si, ¹¹B, ⁷Li, ³⁵Cl, ¹⁵N, and others. In addition to standard 1D and 2D homo- and heteronuclear NMR experiments, the BBFO probe supports ¹H NMR experiments with and without ¹⁹F decoupling, as well as ¹⁹F NMR experiments with and without ¹H decoupling. The Bruker walk-up NMR system enables fully automated NMR operation. Basic NMR training is required before users are granted 24/7 access to the instrument.
