CD Spectropolarimeter with fluorescence and rapid kinetics attachments will facilitate basic biophysical studies of protein structure, folding, and metallocofactor biosynthesis, structural and stability analyses of bionanomaterials, and evaluation of the activities of newly designed pharmaceuticals.
Note: runs over 8 hours will require the ordering of a dewar of LN2. Please arrange these runs with the instrument manager at least 1 week ahead of time, so that a dewar can be ordered and delivered in time.
