DESCRIPTION
The AKTA pure 25 is a fast protein chromatography system for purification of protein and peptides. The system is equipped with a multi-wavelength UV monitor (U9-M) that measures absorbance in the UV/Vis spectrum from 190 nm to 700 nm and can monitor three wavelengths simultaneously. A sample pump (S9) allows for loading of large sample volumes. System contains two options for sample collection, a round fraction collector (F9-C) to use with 15 ml tubes or a flexible fraction collector (F9-C) that contains cassettes for 50 ml tubes or 96 deep-well plates.
Note: Users will need to bring their own chromatography column, buffers, and tubes or plates for fraction collection.
