DESCRIPTION
Rigaku SmartLab II (SEA#110) is a fast X-ray diffractometer with a semiconductor pixel array detector.
In addition, a cross-beam optics module allows selection of Bragg-Brentano focusing-beam optics or parallel-beam optics. A high-temperature attachment is available for in-situ measurements from room temperature to about 1200°C.
The instrument can also be reconfigured for 2D SAXS and 2D WAXS measurements.
This instrument comes with an air-tight sample holder. Users must check it out with the instrument manager each time they need it.
For both the in-situ temperature measurement and the 2D SAXS/WAXS measurement, users must make an appointment with the instrument manager, so that we can reconfigure the instrument for your special work.
