Jonathan Meyer

Mr. Meyer shepherds the development of faculty-led proposals across all academic disciplines. As a highly collaborative project manager, he works on complex federal grant proposals, which have resulted in sizable investments from the National Institutes of Health (NIH), the National Science Foundation (NSF), the National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH), the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), among others. In addition to his strong track record of supporting groundbreaking research projects, innovative education initiatives, and cutting-edge instrumentation proposals, Mr. Meyer has also led or co-led proposal writing workshops for Rice faculty, postdocs, and research staff. An editor, educator, and award-winning writer, his career background includes experience in nonprofit development, higher education, and literary publishing. His creative work has been published in literary journals such as Gulf Coast, The Fiddlehead, and Into the Void.
